Value for money at Gokarna IF you can climb stairs for like three floors wilderness to reach the Rooms!

Location is excellent. When we raise issue staff attend and fix. However AC was not working. Hot water was not coming throughout Stay.

We had a very bad experience with this hotel. The approach/route to reach the hotel was difficult and this was not clearly mentioned beforehand.Unfortunately, the condition of the room was also very disappointing. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and unhygienic. We found cockroaches and cobwebs inside the room, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable.For the price paid, we expected a clean, well-maintained, and hygienic room. The overall experience did not meet even the basic standards we expected. I would strongly recommend the management improve the cleanliness, maintenance, and clearly communicate the accessibility of the property to guests before booking.

I would give zero out of 5 stars. There is no convenient way to access the accommodation; you have to descend 250 steps from the road, which can be frightening at night. The location is poor and the service is lacking. They don't seem to care about guests even when they have valid bookings, making them wait for an hour or more. If you want to risk infections and health issues, this is the place to visit. Their property is at the far end of the beach, yet they misleadingly call it beachfront, though it only emits a foul smell due to poor maintenance.

The most terrible thing we faced is the hotel room is quite far and little scary at night to travel and no parking space , if we have to reach hotel rooms we have too get down with the steps by holding the heavy luggages its not possible if ur luggage is too heavy
