Memorable experience to stay in nice spacious rooms, with all amenities, good food, helpful staff. We had to order room service for lunch and dinner, as renovation work going on. If you are driving on your own, be careful of the last patch once you take right turn from the state highway. Wish all the nearby hotel owners pool their resources and make this approach road on their own.

Wonderful location and close proximity to beach is an advantage. However, elder people cannot enjoy the stay due to their rooms profile. Their spa provides excellent rejuvenation. Food was very good. On the whole, people who loves beach enjoyment can stay. Ut is very clean beach. No crowd. Very peaceful.

The service is outstanding across housekeeping, food, and reception, with very polite staff. They even remove their shoes before entering the room. They are very reliable with requests such as saving breakfast if we go out or arranging extra blankets. The complimentary items in the mini fridge and tray were nice, and the bathroom kits were of high quality. The food was hit or miss for me; some dishes like fish curry and paneer curry were a bit too oily or heavily spiced. I prefer lighter food. However, the starters like aloo tikki, paneer tikka, spring roll, and prawn tava were excellent. The veg Hyderabadi biryani and prawn Singaporean rice were also very good. Both types of payesh, rice and sewai, were tasty, with rice payesh being better. Breakfast was okay, though the red pasta was not great, the rest was fine. I wouldn't recommend the heavy curry dishes if you prefer lighter meals. The paneer jalfrezi was too rich for me, and the fish curry used mackerel, which probably was frozen and lacked the fresh taste of local fish. The prawn dishes are better, and the boneless fish options like fish fingers and fish tikka might be good, though they weren't available when I stayed. Regarding the room, the views are stunning, with the beach clearly visible from the club view suites with sea view. We even saw a beautiful blue butterfly near the verandah. The rooms were spacious and included an induction cooker and microwave. They use many essential oil reed diffusers, so the place smells pleasant. The rooms were in the same building as reception, which has elevators. Some other buildings don't have elevators, like the breakfast area. I suggest asking reception about elevator availability if mobility is a concern. We booked after reading a review confirming club suites are in buildings with elevators. The price may seem high but is worth it for the club suites with sea view. One issue was the verandah doors didn't lock properly; I informed reception, and they planned to fix it after our stay. Security is good, with boundary walls all around. Unlike some hotels like Stone Wood, which lack concrete boundaries, this place feels secure. However, the last 300 meters of the road to the resort is very bumpy and feels secluded. We arrived in the evening, so it seemed a bit scary, and even the driver was nervous, though experienced. A normal driver might have asked hotel staff to meet us at the car point. In daylight, the area looks fine and even beautiful. They might consider adding a sign midway on the unpaved road to reassure guests. Adding peepholes in doors could help, though they do have door chains. Overall, it is safe. The hotel offers reliable vehicle arrangements. We had a very pleasant and calming experience here. After arriving and seeing what the resort offers, we were very satisfied. This was the best hotel I've stayed at, even compared to 5-star places. It would be wonderful if all seaside hotels were like this.
