The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life!इतना गंदा होटल मैंने अपनी पूरी जिंदगी में नहीं देखा। मैं पहले भी इस होटल में ठहर चुका हूँ और उस समय भी इसकी साफ-सफाई बेहद खराब थी। इसके बावजूद इस बार गलती से मैंने दोबारा इसी होटल की बुकिंग कर ली।Agoda की बुकिंग क्वालिटी और होटल की वास्तविक स्थिति देखकर मैं बेहद निराश हूँ। होटल की तस्वीरों और वास्तविक सुविधाओं में जमीन-आसमान का अंतर है। कमरे में घुसते ही इतनी तेज बदबू आती है कि वहाँ रुकना मुश्किल हो जाता है।कमरे में सीलन, गंदगी, कॉकरोच, कीड़े-मकोड़े और चींटियाँ थीं। साफ-सफाई का बिल्कुल ध्यान नहीं रखा गया था। ऐसी स्थिति में किसी भी ग्राहक से आरामदायक और सुरक्षित ठहरने की उम्मीद करना गलत है।Agoda से मेरी अपील है कि वह अपने प्लेटफॉर्म पर सूचीबद्ध होटलों की क्वालिटी और हाइजीन की उचित जाँच करे। ग्राहकों को तस्वीरों में कुछ और दिखाकर वास्तविकता में इतनी खराब सुविधाएँ देना बिल्कुल स्वीकार्य नहीं है।मेरा अनुभव बेहद खराब रहा है। Agoda जैसे प्लेटफॉर्म से ग्राहकों को अच्छी और भरोसेमंद सेवाओं की उम्मीद होती है, लेकिन इस तरह के अनुभव से भरोसा पूरी तरह टूट जाता है।मेरी सलाह है कि होटल बुक करने से पहले उसकी हाल की ग्राहक समीक्षाएँ और साफ-सफाई से जुड़ी शिकायतें जरूर पढ़ें। मैं व्यक्तिगत रूप से अपने इस अनुभव से बेहद निराश हूँ और Agoda की होटल क्वालिटी पर गंभीर सवाल उठाता हूँ।अगर आप चाहें, तो मैं इसे और भी सख्त अंग्रेज़ी में लिख सकता हूँ, ताकि आप इसे Agoda की शिकायत टीम को भेज सकें और रिफंड की माँग भी कर सकें।
