I booked it because of the brand. But the room was dirty. Horrible experience. I hope, I never have to book it again.
The stay was average. While the staff was courteous but the basic requirements were not met, my room had rain water coming inside through glass window and the property lacks adequate facilities compared to what one would expect from the brand. The hotel also appears to be poorly maintained, with several areas showing signs of wear and needing better upkeep. With improved maintenance and upgraded amenities, the overall guest experience could be significantly better.
This hotel does not deserve its 5-star rating. We had to wait for over an hour past the 2:00 PM standard check-in time just to get our room. Inside the room, the mini-bar wasn't working, the hot water kettle leaked everywhere, and the TV was outdated and not a smart TV.The front desk/reception staff were incredibly rude and full of attitude. They clearly do not know how to handle customer service.The only positive part of our stay was the restaurant staff, who were very polite and well-behaved. The management needs to fix their rooms and teach the reception team some basic manners. Avoid this place.
