I've stayed at this hotel around six times over the years, (including Amritsar) and while the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and the location is excellent, the breakfast experience continues to be the biggest DISAPPOINTMENT.The buffet menu is virtually identical every single day, with little to no variation. Even if you're staying for multiple consecutive days, you can expect the exact same breakfast selection. More concerning is that when certain items run out, they often take a long time to be replenished, and some items are simply not refilled at all.The fruit, cakes, muffins, and desserts are usually served in very limited quantities, and once finished, they frequently remain empty. The bread is often stale and dry rather than fresh. The tea is below average, and the milk served with tea, coffee, and cereal appears unusually thin and diluted.On-demand items such as waffles take an excessive amount of time to arrive, sometimes close to 30 minutes. While the staff may agree to prepare them, the execution is inconsistent and often leaves guests waiting unnecessarily.The overall quality of the food is acceptable at best, but many dishes, including the sambar, feel watered down and lack the quality expected from a hotel of this standard.What surprises me most is that this feedback has been shared with the hotel before, yet nothing seems to have changed over multiple stays.The property itself has many strengths, but the breakfast operation feels focused on minimizing consumption rather than delivering a good guest experience.This time, I chose to stay at another hotel, and the difference in breakfast quality and service was immediately noticeable. I would happily return for the rooms and location, but the breakfast offering needs significant improvement.

I got a chance to stay here for one night on my vacation trip. It was a nice hotel, clean rooms , good service all the people here are nice and polite. My breakfast was included in the package aswell and food was pretty good.Guys name Kuldeep and Mohit were very helpful.
