THE PARK GATE MOHALI

I stayed here for 1 night, we arrived around 11:30pm and post breakfast we were reminded of the check-out time to which we failed to comply by 15 minutes. The reception staff clearly misbehaved and charged 500/- extra for those 15 minutes, of which there was no information passed that late check-out was on chargeable basis. Such a rip off. Other than that, the room lacked cleanliness and was definitely not a quiet room. There was a party going on in the next room, that kept us up till 3:30-4 am, no action taken by the staff/hotel.
