Disappointing Basic Stay

I check 2-3 rooms and most of them paint peel off due to mositure and damp and room was also dirty and having cobeweb too. Some door not even properly lock and door latch from inside is loose and broken. No seal pack water bottle availability. And there is no facility nearby or inside hotel for food. Fan regulator also broken and A.C. as well as T.V. remote was not working due to battery. Staircase is too wide and there is no lift , so it's difficult to carry trolley bag or luggage and risk of fall down too. Overall experience is 5 out of 10 but could be better.
