I recently visited Panorama Restaurant and had one of the most pleasant dining experiences in a long time.The highlight of my visit was miss Deeksha Gangwar at the desk. From the moment we entered, she welcomed every single guest with a warm smile and a very polite greeting. It instantly made the atmosphere feel welcoming.What impressed me most was how she handled everything so smoothly. She politely took our preferences, assigned us the perfect seat, and made sure we were comfortable before moving on to the next guest. Even during peak hours when the restaurant was full, she remained calm, patient and always smiling.It’s very rare to see someone manage a busy desk with so much grace and positivity. Deeksha’s professionalism, courtesy and genuine hospitality truly represent the spirit of Ramada.The food and ambiance at Panorama are already great, but staff like Deeksha make it unforgettable.We will definitely be back again.

I recently stayed at Ramada and wanted to share how great my experience was. The hotel, atmosphere, and service were all excellent, but what really stood out was the personal attention I received from Mr. Arpit. He came to my room to check on me, politely knocked, greeted me warmly, and asked if I needed anything else. It's rare nowadays to see someone go out of their way like that to ensure a guest's comfort. That gesture showed me the kind of hospitality Ramada represents. I was also impressed by the consistent upkeep of my room throughout my stay. The bed was always tidy with fresh sheets, the bathroom was clean and sanitized, floors were dust-free, and every detail was carefully managed. Even the room's arrangement felt thoughtful. Whenever I requested something, the response was prompt and courteous. It was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities, and the whole team contributes to this. The dedication and positive attitude were evident in every interaction. A hotel is more than just rooms and food; it's about how guests are made to feel. Thanks to the staff, I felt welcomed, valued, and well cared for from the start. Please extend my sincere thanks to the entire Ramada team for enhancing the guest experience. I will definitely stay at Ramada again and recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you once more for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

It is a lovely hotel. The minibar is charged at a higher rate from the market but still lovely. The room is big enough and the staff is helpful. The breakfast was great esp the cappuchino. All in all i would stay here again
