We booked the hotel through Agoda, it was confirmed by Agoda after full payment but didn't confirm saying that the price quoted on Agoda was less. After multiple calls to Hotel they confirmed the booking. Upon Arrival they gave a disclaimer that the booking was confirmed but they can cancel it anytime if they didn't receive the vouchers from Agoda. It was such a pathetic experience,no welcome drink and Daal at their restaurant was 600 Rupees, a 3 star hotel serving daal at 600 Rupees, Paneer at 750 Rupees,Roti 125 Rupees. Mosquitoes roaming in the room. Highly not recommended.

This is my 7th or 8th time in Hotel Swarn Towers, and they have exceeded my expectation in every way.1. Staff is super courteous. I would specially mention Rajneesh, Vishal (front office manager). The housekeeping staff, room service staff, restaurant staff, and all others were extremely polite and efficient.2. Super hygiene. All staff is fully vaccinated for COVID, and hotel rooms, lobby, etc. is kept super clean.3. Breakfast was awesome. The waiters were very responsive and were always ready to get something custom made for you.4. Room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The toiletries were from Biotique rather than some local brand.5. Location is superb and plenty of space to park.I would definitely stay at Swarn Towers during my next visit.
