This was the worst stay I've ever had. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this hotel no matter if your budget is 2k, 3k, or 4k. I chose a Super Deluxe AC room because it was closest to Manona Dham, but the price is way too high for what you get. The service was really bad. The room smelled awful, and the blanket was too small and had a smell like a dead chicken. Spiderwebs were everywhere in the corners, and ants were all over the floor. Many charging sockets were broken. The bathroom was very dirty; opening the door released a horrible smell into the room. I had to ask twice for a fresh towel, and the one they gave looked dirty, like someone had used it after going to the bathroom. The staff and receptionist were friendly, but overall it was a very bad experience. I definitely do not recommend staying here.
