I was staying in this hotel from last 12 years, I used to like this hotel due to facilities, cleanliness and hospitality but now it has changed from hotel to banquet hall.What is changed in this hotel now....1. Rooms are not maintained like defective intercom, AC and tea kettle placed in room.2. Poor wifi connection so you can't use mobile,tv or laptop.3.Management staff changed and now they are rude, casual behaviour for customer issue and more in bulk deals like marriage events.4. Untrained housekeeping staff so you can find dirty rooms and you always need to ask clean it properly.You can easily find Lizard, cockroach in your room.5. Food is most pathetic if you include breakfast in you package make sure they do not provide stale food which they did when I visited in june26.they also can ask restrict item to serve you although you paid for buffey.6. Dinner provided by their restaurant is as expensive as you are eating food in Maldives.7. They provide expired toiletries which can cause skin infection and itching.8. They do not use AC in common areas due to cost cutting.I will definitely not going in this hotel again as it is degrading day by day.
