Sobti Continental Bareilly Hotel

I have been staying at this hotel for the past 12 years and used to appreciate it for its facilities, cleanliness, and hospitality, but now it feels more like a banquet hall than a hotel. Here's what has changed: 1. The rooms are poorly maintained with broken intercoms, air conditioning, and tea kettles. 2. The Wi-Fi is very weak, making it difficult to use mobile devices, TV, or laptops. 3. The management staff has changed and they are now rude and indifferent to customer issues, especially when handling large events like weddings. 4. The housekeeping staff seems untrained, resulting in dirty rooms that require repeated requests for proper cleaning. You can often find lizards and cockroaches in the rooms. 5. The food, especially breakfast, is terrible; during my visit on June 26, they served stale food and even restricted some items from the buffet despite payment. 6. Dinner at their restaurant is overpriced, comparable to dining in the Maldives. 7. They provide expired toiletries that may cause skin infections and itching. 8. They do not use air conditioning in common areas to save costs. I will definitely not return to this hotel as it is deteriorating day by day.

Poor wifi connection so you can't use mobile,tv or laptop.3.Management staff changed and now they are rude, casual behaviour for customer issue and more in bulk deals like marriage events.4. Untrained housekeeping staff so you can find dirty rooms and you always need to ask clean it properly.You can easily find Lizard, cockroach in your room.5. Food is most pathetic if you include breakfast in you package make sure they do not provide stale food which they did when I visited in june26.they also can ask restrict item to serve you although you paid for buffey.6. Dinner provided by their restaurant is as expensive as you are eating food in Maldives.7. They provide expired toiletries which can cause skin infection and itching.8.
