Couple • India • May 20261) Dont just blindly follow google maps for Palette, Searc for its old name Bellazio Suites and it is located road side itself, blindly following Google map may lead to unknown location in a village nearby.2)As my checkin was late night that is why I needed property's contact number to confirm and request for my requirements but via Agoda I could only msg and response from chat platform takes time so it is requested to book the property in advance or try arranging contact number in case of late check in. Property's contact on arrival as of now is +91 95208 95641.3) You need to pay everytime you receive order from Hotel's Kitchen, Alternate is zomato or outside food which is allowed at the property.4) Shower kit is provided but there is no provision of neither a slipper nor a dental kit which should have been there.5) Staff is cooperative and polite .6) Room are a bit small in size but smartly arranged that makes your stay comortable.Overall when I was checking out my family seemed relaxed and happy which made me feel the same so it was a good stay. : ) . 4/5
Hotel is very good but food service is not. It takes much time to deliver and canteen staff behaviour is also not good.
