Despite breakfast being set to begin at 7:00 AM, it was still unavailable at 8:50 AM. They also refuse to provide any refund or compensation if guests miss breakfast because of their delay. Therefore, they should not promote or include breakfast in their packages unless they can guarantee timely service.
