Goroomgo King's Heritage Bareilly

Our stay was very disappointing. We mistakenly booked for one person instead of two and were charged an additional ₹2,000 for two nights, even though the online price difference was small. The reception staff was very rude and unfriendly. The bathroom had a bad smell, and the bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed. The hygiene and hospitality were poor, and it was definitely not worth the cost.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The staff appeared to lack any sense of polite and respectful communication with guests. Their impolite and unprofessional conduct ruined the entire experience. Hospitality should make guests feel welcomed, but this hotel did not meet that fundamental standard. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it to others.

Good and keep it up

We spent two nights in the same city at a different hotel about 2 km away, booked via MakeMyTrip. For the third night, we reserved King’s Heritage Hotel through MakeMyTrip as well. Despite its name, "Heritage" is a newly built hotel, not an old heritage building. The hotel offers parking, but no one helped us with our luggage; we had to carry all our bags from the parking lot to the reception and then to the room ourselves. Check-in was quick and easy. However, when we entered our room, the bed linens appeared used and unchanged. After notifying reception, housekeeping replaced them. About an hour later, the room was still not cooling properly. We contacted reception again, and an electrician checked the AC, confirming it was faulty. We had to pack up and move to another room (Room 304). Unfortunately, in the new room, we found used clothes left by previous guests, which staff promptly removed after we reported it. Aside from these problems, the room and bathroom were clean and well maintained.
