I had an excellent stay here for 2 nights. The location is very good. The staff are very nice and polite. The room was spacious and clean. The washroom was clean. I would definitely recommend this.

Very poor experience and unprofessional behavior.Before booking, I personally asked the receptionist, Mr. Jitendra, whether rooms were available and if I could book online. He clearly said yes. Based on his confirmation, I made the online booking and completed the payment.Shockingly, after the payment was done, the hotel cancelled my booking from their side, saying they had only 1’2 rooms and do not accept online bookings. If that was the case, why was I told to book online in the first place?Because of their miscommunication and mismanagement, my money got stuck and my time was completely wasted. I chose this hotel after seeing the ratings, but the reality is totally opposite.Worst management, bad behavior, and zero professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.Thank you for your reply, but I would like to clarify that it has now been almost one week, and despite these assurances, no concrete or positive help has been provided’neither by your hotel nor by the online booking platform (MyTravelry) through which I was advised to book.The core issue remains unanswered: if your hotel does not accept online bookings, why was I clearly asked by your receptionist to book online? This was not a misunderstanding from my side; it was a direct instruction given to me by your staff. Because of this mistake, my booking was cancelled after payment, my money got stuck, and my time was completely wasted.Apologies and promises of future improvement do not resolve the financial inconvenience and mental harassment already caused. What customers expect is accountability and timely resolution, not just well-drafted responses.Until the refund and responsibility are properly addressed, this issue cannot be considered resolved.Thank you for your response, but unfortunately it remains only a well-drafted apology with no real action.It has now been over one week, and I have still not received my refund, nor any concrete assistance from your hotel or from MyTravelry, the platform your receptionist explicitly asked me to book through.The key issue is still unanswered: If your hotel does not accept online bookings, why was I clearly instructed by your receptionist to book online? This was not an assumption on my part’it was a direct confirmation from your staff.Due to this miscommunication and poor internal coordination, my booking was cancelled after payment, my money got stuck, and my time was wasted. Repeated assurances of ’rectification’ mean little when there is no resolution on the ground.Customers expect accountability, timely refunds, and responsible tie-ups with booking platforms. If such third-party websites are not reliable, why are guests being directed to them?Until my refund is processed and responsibility is clearly taken, this issue cannot be considered resolved. I hope the management takes this seriously rather than limiting the response to generic apologies.

Excellent stay! The rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and service was quick. Highly recommended!Loved my experience! Great hospitality, tasty food, Comfortable rooms and very polite staff. Would definitely visit again.
