Dear Management Team,I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the extremely poor service and facilities at your hotel.Currently, the AC in my room is not working, and there is no water supply in the washroom. I have already informed the hotel staff several times, but unfortunately no one has come to resolve the issue yet.Such basic facilities are expected in any hotel, and it is very disappointing to experience this level of negligence. The overall service so far has been very unsatisfactory and below standard.

Hygienic rooms. Good staff. And of course, amazing food; their chef came from a 5-star hotel. One must try their mixed vegetables. In short, a good place to hang out with family as well as friends.

Stay here in premium room , room was very specious and have good interior.Food in breakfast was good. Everything was good include behaviour of front staff.Improvement area : drainage in sink of washroom and parking area

Yesterday I had stay at above propertyExperience was very badI have added 2 photo of this hotel while I was check in and moving to my room 409 there was a some sit was there on floor on corridor.More over they shifted me with another room 312 and there was also I faced issWashroom door handle was come out when I was trying to close it from inner side .So over all rooms are. Not worth.I would not recommend it.

One of the Worst Hotel Experiences ’ Definitely Not RecommendedI stayed at this hotel recently and had an extremely disappointing experience. From basic amenities to safety issues, everything was below standard.1. Poor Bathroom Drainage: The bathroom drainage was terrible. Water would accumulate up to 1-2 inches during a shower, making it feel like I was standing in a pond. This is highly unhygienic and uncomfortable.2. No Hot Water: Despite being a basic necessity, there was no hot water available. When I complained to the reception, I was told it would be ’provided externally,’ whatever that means. I was left waiting indefinitely in the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable.3. Dangerous Parking Area: The most serious concern was the parking area. The barriers installed there are so unstable that one fell on my car due to wind, causing a significant dent. This not only shows poor maintenance but also puts guests’ safety and property at risk.This entire experience ruined my stay. The hotel’s lack of response and accountability made things worse. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or safe stay.On Top if that, While I escalate these all to their management, they are doing everything to escape.Stay elsewhere ’ this place is not worth your money or peace of mind.
