One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.* They charge significantly more for walk-in customers while the price shown on online booking platforms is much lower (approximately 20’30% more than the rate shown online).* Cleanliness is not maintained at all. The rooms and bedsheets were dirty.* Staff response and service were extremely slow.* Drinking water was not provided.* No geyser.* The bathrooms were dirty and poorly maintained.* Even the bucket and mug provided in the bathroom were in poor condition.* The ceiling has been left open, and several light fixtures are hanging down.On top of all this, I have been continuously following up for my stay invoice/bill for more than 15 days after checkout, but it has still not been provided. Repeated calls only result in excuses and delays. Today, I was even told that the property has changed management, and they need to check with the previous staff regarding my bill. This is not the customer's responsibility.It is concerning that guests can be charged for their stay yet not receive a proper invoice despite repeated requests. The relevant GST authorities may wish to review the billing and invoicing practices of this property.Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend staying here. Please verify all charges, inspect the room carefully, and ensure you receive a proper invoice before leaving the property.Overall, this was a very poor experience, marked by overcharging, lack of basic amenities, and failure to provide essential documentation despite repeated requests.Charging significantly higher rates to walk-in guests, failing to provide basic amenities, and not issuing invoices even weeks after checkout reflect extremely poor business practices and customer service. I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious, confirm all charges in advance, and ensure they receive a proper invoice before leaving the property.

If there had been an option to give a negative rating, I would definitely have given one. My friend Shashank Gupta and I visited this hotel with our families and children, and it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The room smelled terrible, the bathrooms were extremely dirty, and the overall cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. The AC was leaking continuously, leaving water all over the floor. Even the towels provided had more than 8 holes in them. This hotel is completely unsuitable for families and children. The management seriously needs to work on hygiene, maintenance, and basic customer service.

Very unhygienic, houskeeping not done, linen and pillow cover not cleaned, toilet is very dirty, soap and towel not provided and other accessories not provided, loose wiring, power backup issue, only 1 yellow light was working, Slippery floor and water logging due to dripping water from AC.

Very disappointing experience. The room hygiene was extremely poor, with dirty bedsheets, ridiculous toilets and pillow covers. Even after repeated complaints, basic things like pillows were provided after hours. The service and staff support were completely unsatisfactory. Definitely one of my worst hotel stays.
