We had a very disappointing experience at this property. We booked it through **Agoda, where it is listed as “Maanya Palace.”** However, on Google, we found it listed as **“OYO Maanya Palace” and “Clark Collection.”** This was not clear to us at the time of booking, and we only came to know about the OYO association later.The **rooms were also very dirty and poorly maintained**. The cleanliness was nowhere near what we expected from a hotel where a family would comfortably stay. The condition of the room was another major reason for our disappointment.Apart from the cleanliness, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was **not at all family-friendly**. During our stay, we observed around **5–6 couples arriving at the property, with the same couples leaving again within approximately 2–3 hours**. We also noticed the female guests covering their faces with dupattas while entering or leaving the property.We are not making assumptions about anyone, but as a family staying at the hotel, these observations made us extremely uncomfortable. The environment simply did not feel like what we expected from a family hotel.The **different names used across platforms — “Maanya Palace” on Agoda and “OYO Maanya Palace / Clark Collection” on Google — also made the property's identity confusing** from a customer's perspective.Overall, between the **dirty rooms, poor maintenance, confusing hotel identity, and an atmosphere that did not feel family-friendly**, this was a very disappointing stay.If you are travelling with **family, children, or elderly parents**, I would strongly recommend checking the recent reviews and understanding exactly which property you are booking before making a reservation.**We would definitely not stay here again.**
