This venue is not recommended for functions on a limited budget. It appears to be unsuitable for smaller gatherings, let alone for larger, more elaborate events. There are numerous alternative locations that offer better value and suitability for various party sizes. Considering the cost and limitations, prospective clients may find better options elsewhere. This place is a freaking garbage when it comes to customer services. Booked it for 4 nights and arrived 1 day late because my flight got delayed. When I reached there they refused to check me in saying, "aap ek din ka refund mangoge".I told them I dont want a refund and that I had a 24 hour flight and all i need is to rest. Manager came and told me first call GoIbibo and ask them to change the dates of reservation. They did not ask for water or anything. The receptionist told me do another booking at the hotel by paying them again.I wasted INR 8700 at this place. Do not waste your money here. There are other good hotels nearby. Freaking jokers running this dump.
