Comfort inn Vindhyan, Vindhyachal

We stayed at Comfort Hotel Vindhyachal on August 3rd in Room 104 with my family. This was my second stay, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. The food was tasty, thanks to Chef Gautam. The front office team welcomed us warmly and offered great service during our visit. The rooms were tidy and cozy. We strongly suggest this hotel to anyone coming to Vindhyachal. The only improvement needed is a wider variety in the breakfast buffet, such as fresh juice, sliced fruit, medu wada, and more.

Our overall experience at Comfort Inn, Vindhyachal was good. The rooms were excellent—clean, roomy, and well-kept. The hotel staff was polite, helpful, and delivered great service during our stay. However, we faced a very unsettling incident just outside the hotel. We had parked in the hotel's basement parking, but as we were leaving, two men stopped our car demanding money, saying they would provide a parking receipt. When we told them we were hotel guests and parking was free, they became hostile, blocked our exit, and called others while threatening us. Fortunately, after we called the hotel staff, they quickly came out to assist us, allowing us to leave safely. We are grateful for their swift help. Still, this was a very scary situation. Since the hotel has been open for about eight months, it seems unlikely this is a one-time event. For the safety of future guests and to protect the hotel's image, I strongly recommend the management work with local authorities to permanently stop such harassment and intimidation outside the hotel. The hotel itself is great with excellent rooms and service, but guest safety outside needs urgent attention.

This morning, my in-laws came to your hotel wanting the buffet breakfast priced at about Rs. 350 per person. The staff told them it wasn't available and suggested ordering a la carte instead. They weren't given a menu to see the prices. They ordered Idli, vada, chai, etc., and ended up with a bill of Rs. 1000, which felt like a rip-off! How do you run your business like this? Really disappointing!

900 rupees charged for 2 pieces of idli and 2 chai.😳😳😳😳 This is not a 5 star hotel. Also, there was no menu with prices shown before ordering. Please don't exploit your customers like this, it's unethical.

The property is newly constructed, situated in an excellent location, and the staff were very courteous.
