A very disappointing stay. This hotel is misrepresented as a 5-star property. Although it might be linked to a famous brand, the quality of service, amenities, and guest experience felt more like a budget hotel than a luxury one. The food was not fresh, service was slow and lacked professionalism, and the biggest problem was the air conditioning. In nearly 40°C heat, the room's AC did not cool properly, causing great discomfort. Even after reporting the issue, it was not adequately addressed. Guests expect a certain level of comfort, hospitality, and attention to detail when booking a 5-star hotel, but this place did not meet even the basic standards of a luxury stay. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone seeking a true 5-star experience.
