Rooms and location is good. But one thing I didn't like that they charged Rs. 165 for one cup of milk, which is generally given complimentary. Even after the request they didn't waived off the amount.

Genuine and Personal Review:This hotels location is good and rooms are quite big as per the pricing.There checkin and checkout timings are not at all favourable to the customers.First of all I booked 2 rooms for my family which included a kid less than 1 year. How can you a lot twin beds to the family coming up with a kid. When asked they said that this is only what we are left with. Room was booked 2-3 days in advance and they could have allotted us with a large beds instead of giving twin beds. Also they gave us the smoking rooms, I think all the rooms on that floor were smoking rooms. Image a 3 months old child inhaling smoke as the entire lobby was smelling badly. All in all their staff is not well trained even with the standards of 1 star.I checked in with my family at night around the 10 pm and after all the ruckus of twin beds, smoking rooms, I requested for the little late check out around 11:30 am. This request was well accepted but with a very heavy heart as if I have asked them to sell their property in my name.I stayed for 2 nights and it was 11:45 am a receptionist Named Nivedita called up saying (sir apne 11:30 ka checkout bola tha), i said yes we have a small kid with us and we got little late will come in 15-20 mins. She again argued in a very rude way and said sir after 12 system will automatically charge you for other day as well. I said i am trying to come at the earliest but again she kept arguing sir aise nai hota hum 12 baje check in dete hain and all. When i told them that I always stay at your hotel only and never asked for any favour before but I will never come at your hotel again. She clearly said sir wo apko jaisa theek lagta hai kariye but checkout kariye.So i am petty at the owner who has build such a nice property at such a good location but the uneducated staff, who don’t know how to speak with the guests are ruining the property and will take them down very soon.We also purchased a buffet breakfast for 1 morning but food was below average. So property is not at all 3 star because of the way there staff behaves and as if they are doing favour by giving you the rooms even the service. There face is not at all smiling and always in a bad mood. Think twice before going to this hotel specially with the family.

The hotel is location is pretty good. My only gripe would be that it gets loud outside with all the music and wedding noise. The hotel rooms are surprisingly really well maintained, clean (considering the budget friendly prices). Food is very average so that's also probably a small minus. But otherwise. I think it's a damn fine place!

Rooms and food taste was good.Scope of improvement required in the following:-The CP breakfast menu should be more elaborate and should be timely replenishedAll the items mentioned in the room service should be available. What is the point of mentioning it when the person taking the order is not even aware about them?Staff specially the one who books the room should be more courteousOverall value for money hotel
