Myself Sangeetha Shetty I am from Mumbai. Been first time in Varanasi was very nervous since stay not been arranged prior arrival thinking will see first & book. After arrival airport said cab driver want to boom hotel he took us hotel Pradeep saying this is vgood hotel. From reception (Mr. Pradeep & colleague)thay were so vgood. We have booked executive room#301). Superb spacious,clean,all amenities.quick service,very friendly staff,very polite.The food was extra level superb delicious.Mr. pankaj steward was taken care my family so well. Seriously they made my journey memorable. Highly recommend hotel. Keep up the good work team’’’’’’’’’’’’’’

The night reception staff is not good. When you visit for the first time, he says, ’Please book your room, we will manage.’ He mentioned the rate as ’2,000 per day, so we paid ’4,000 as the full amount. But at checkout, he gave us a receipt for ’8,000. Please make sure the reception staff is genuine and trustworthy. My experience was very bad, so I suggest being cautious with such people and Hotel

I truly loved my stay at Hotel Pradeep! The staff here made me feel like family with their caring and helpful nature. The front office staff guided me so well and ensured I was always comfortable.
