Hotel Buddha

Our stay at Buddha Castle, Varanasi was very enjoyable. The hotel has a lovely heritage atmosphere, and the rooms are distinctive with artistic textured decorations that give the stay a unique charm. The property is clean, comfortable, and well kept. The food was of high quality, offering a broad selection for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to suit various tastes. The staff were polite, helpful, and always willing to assist. Special thanks to Mr. Ajeet Chauhan for his outstanding support and guidance during our visit. He assisted us with arrangements for the Kashi Vishwanath Temple trip, cab bookings for local sightseeing, and airport transfers. His modest demeanor, professionalism, and hospitality skills made our experience smooth and memorable. Overall, it was a great experience for our family. We strongly recommend Buddha Castle to anyone visiting Varanasi who wants a comfortable stay with heritage charm, excellent food, and warm service. Thanks to the whole team for making our trip so pleasant.

There was bad smell everywhere also in blanket and Pillows. There was dust everywhere. It was like a cheap Dharmshala. I have videos of property but can't share here. I asked for another room but the manager asked extra Rs. 1000 for each good room.Flush was not working. I also have video of that. Taps were old and not working properly. Please do not spoil your holiday.Only good thing about the hotel was the space. Rooms were too much bad.

Very disappointing experience at Hotel Buddha Varanasi. The amenities were poor and not maintained properly. Staff behaviour was rude and unprofessional throughout the stay.I stayed in this hotel on 16-17 May 2026 and actually they are frauds,The biggest issue was that they charged an excess amount during booking and are now refusing to return the extra money. Instead of resolving the matter honestly, they keep making excuses and avoiding responsibility. Their attitude felt completely dishonest and untrustworthy.It’s not about the amount of money they owe it’s about their attitude in not returning the amount, they are casually transferring their responsibilities to other staff and as a customer we don’t know who tha staff is at the counter at the time of boarding but only knows the hotel as a whole but again they are not professional but they are frauds.Would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for decent service or transparent dealings in Varanasi.

The hotel has a great parking space and the property gives a beautiful heritage vibe, while the service is completely modern and up to date.Talking about the food it was absolutely delicious. They serve authentic dishes, with excellent North Indian specialties and some of the best South Indian food as well. The service staff was very polite and helpful throughout our stayA special thanks to Ajeet Chauhan for guiding us so well and helping us plan our itinerary. Because of his support, we were able to explore Varanasi properly and avoid common tourist scams.One of the best hotels in town, and the ghats are also within walking distance. Highly recommended

Our experience at Hotel Buddha Castle was wonderful. The hotel offers ample parking and exudes a charming heritage atmosphere, while the service remains modern and efficient. The food was fantastic, featuring authentic dishes with outstanding North Indian specialties and some of the finest South Indian cuisine. The staff were courteous and attentive throughout our visit. We especially appreciate Ajeet Chauhan for his excellent guidance and help with planning our itinerary, which allowed us to explore Varanasi thoroughly and avoid typical tourist traps. This is one of the top hotels in the city, conveniently located within walking distance of the ghats. Highly recommended.
