Service was good and the room was clean.

The only positive aspect of the hotel is its location; everything else was quite disappointing. They had assured a pickup from the Maigdan parking area accessible by autos and taxis, but on arrival day, they declined, citing no available staff, which was very inconvenient as I had to carry my luggage to the hotel myself. The map navigation also did not provide the correct location. The Super Deluxe rooms are small, and water seeped in during rain, which is unacceptable. The staff, particularly the elderly owner, was rude and, instead of addressing the problems, suggested I cancel my booking, even though I had reserved and paid in advance a month earlier. The lift only operates from the first floor, so you must carry your luggage up to that level, and rooms start on the third floor. Additionally, the lift is closed from 10 PM to 8 AM, so early morning or late-night visits to the temple require using the stairs. The lift also doesn't work during power outages. Overall, apart from the location, nothing met expectations, and it seems the hotel is indifferent to customer feedback or service improvements.

The service and room were good. The owner was very friendly and approachable.
