Staff is really nice, if you need something they are always available. Unfortunately cleaning standard are really low and we had to ask for all amenities when arrived because there was nothing in the room.

Excellent location of Triveni international walking distance to Assi Ghat. Easy transport available for other places including sharing auto.Cleanliness is superb and rooms are so good as this is new property. Staff is also good professional

Hotel infrastructure is good. Nice location. But there is lack of trained staff. Rooms not cleaned daily. Linen items do not appear properly clean Staff lack professional approach and discipline.

The staff hospitality was truly top‑rated. The team was friendly, attentive but they still need improve in the time management.However, the overall hotel condition did not meet expectations. The property is currently undergoing renovation, which affected comfort. The room was poorly sound‑insulated, and noise could be easily heard. Room *** was dusty, which further reduced comfort.The washroom was particularly uncomfortable due to a strong clogged‑drain smell. In addition, there was no proper air ventilation, making it difficult for the air to clear and leaving the space stuffy and unhygienic.While the service provided by the staff is commendable, significant improvementsd are needed in room cleanliness, drainage, ventilation, and soundproofing, especially during the renovation period.
