This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The owners (a husband and wife) run the place and they are incredibly rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. The lady behaves like a rowdy.We checked in late at 1 AM and had to check out by 10 AM. They threatened us that even a 1-minute delay would result in a full day's charge.The room was a nightmare. The bathroom was absolutely filthy and not cleaned at all.And AC did not work at all. When we complained, they told us to wait 30 minutes. We waited for 2 hours in the heat, but it never cooled. When we asked again, they rudely argued with us, claiming it worked fine for previous guests.The photos on Agoda are completely fake and do not match reality. We paid for breakfast through Agoda, but they refused to provide it. They did not even give us a basic water bottle. Zero hospitality. Do not trust this hotel, it is a complete scam!
It is not the way the pics are, the entire comode was moving, comod had a Leakage, and they said no to change the room, they said ab kal hi hoga. It is not a hotel, it is a house converted to hotel. If u r reading this still booking, u r doing mistake.
Family rooms were clean and spacious but no parking place available for cars no complementary water was provided. location was very good very close to dashmesh ghat.
