Stayed at Hotel Prakash Palace : Best Hotel in Varanasi during my Varanasi trip and honestly had a really comfortable experience. The biggest plus is the location ’ Assi Ghat, BHU, Sankat Mochan Temple and the main ghats are all nearby, so exploring the city becomes super convenient. The rooms were clean, spacious and well-maintained, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout the stay.What I liked the most was the peaceful vibe after a hectic day exploring Banaras. Food was decent, service was good, and the hotel gives great value for money considering the location. If you’re planning a stay in Varanasi and want a budget-friendly hotel with good connectivity and a comfortable atmosphere, this is definitely a solid option. Would love to stay here again on my next visit to Banaras.

Worst experience. Ac worked on first day, then it never worked unless you complaint and give 2-3 hours for it. Room stunk.They gave us a room and charged for different one. And when we asked for receipt for right room they shouted on us..They don't have any manners talking to ladies. They asked for cash instead of online pay with their excuse that "machine not working" or "this is last day month" and more. They told that we will get the receipt on our whatsapp but still they didn't send it yet. worst staff I've ever seen in my life. Would've file complaint against them unless it wasn't for my train last moment.

Not worth staying. For extra one hour they charge 500/ and upto 2pm they charge extra 1000/

Dirty and dark rooms. Rooms are not airy. Maintenance is not being done. In my room out of three electric socket only one was working two were not working. Fan regulator was working only on full speed and at the top they did not changed the switches despite my repeated request. Nothing complementary even water bottle. Although Electric kettle is there but without any provisions for tea /coffee & milk pouches. Only good thing was Food in the restaurant Lajawab. Food quality was good .
