Hotel midcity

True to its name "Midciti," it is located right in the center of everything you require. The location is ideal, the rooms are comfortable, and the hospitality is excellent. Always a pleasant experience.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel under any circumstances! I've visited all 12 Jyotirlings, with Kashi Vishwanath being the last one, and I chose this hotel for a 2-night stay. However, the room's central AC was completely non-functional, and although the washrooms appear to be like those in a 5-star hotel, I couldn't even get a bucket of water for three people. Moreover, the reception staff did not respond to any of the issues we reported.

I stayed here with my family for a few days. The location is great, and the hotel has staff available around the clock who offered excellent service. The property is easy to reach by car or auto. The front desk was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The hotel is very close to the temples and ghats, and also near restaurants. They arranged a car for our trip to Ayodhya and back to Varanasi, which was very convenient. The only small issue was that the manager repeatedly tried to get us to buy sarees from a neighboring shop even though we weren't interested, and the guide who organized the boat tour and the spot for arathi was not very helpful. The guide was a big disappointment. We would have preferred to explore on our own.

Terrible service, the hotel lacks a restaurant and offers room service, but when you call to reorder, they don't respond. The area is extremely noisy since the hotel is located in the city center. The reception operator was very unhelpful. Additionally, the constant honking starts as early as 4 AM, making it hard to sleep. There is no parking facility available.
