Very bad behaviour, money minting thinking, unethical statements and no care attitude by staff at reception. रूम होते हुए भी स्टे extend नहीं कर रहे थे, ज़ब खुद मैंने online book कर लिया तो, रूम की सफाई में नखरे किये और ढंग से साफ भी नहीं किया, टीवी काम नहीं कर रहा था, बताने पर भी ठीक नहीं करवाया नहीं कोई reimburse किया, जैसे ना चाहते हुए कमरा देना पड़ा हो। Very disgusting level of business.. Sick peoples.

Very pleasant stay at Hotel MK Grand , all staff were very cooperative. Best location to stay near Kashi Vishwanath temple and Dashwashmedh ghat, market and all famous eateries are nearby.
