We were not satisfied with the overall cleanliness of the room or the condition of the bed, so we requested a room change. However, the staff informed us that no other rooms were available, leaving us with no option but to cancel the booking. Although we lost the entire booking amount, we felt it was the right decision to cancel rather than compromise on basic cleanliness and comfort.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very well managed, from the cleanliness and ambience to the overall service. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay.The hospitality was excellent, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
