Not really the best hotel for several reasons:1.Extremely noisy rooms ’ I had a room facing the street and it was impossible to sleep. I’ve never experienced this before. When I asked the staff for another room, I was told no, and that it would get quieter in 5’10 minutes’ which never happened. Luckily, I was traveling with a group and could switch to a quieter room with a friend that had one bed free for me.2.Meals are overpriced and slow ’ The food itself is okay, but service is extremely slow (up to an hour if you order more than one item). Also, dishes are served randomly rather than together.3.Shower issues ’ No hot water and the shower was not clean.4.Toilet problems ’ The toilet had a strong odor.

Group • Feb 2026The hotel staff was extremely unwelcoming and rude. Our charger was stolen from the room, and despite informing the staff, they refused to return it or take responsibility. The room condition was very poor’there was no hot water, the bedsheets were not changed, and no heater or basic amenities were provided.

Solo Traveller • Jan 2026The hotel staff charged extra for everything and the quality of room is very bad, no water, no hot water, AC not working, basics things in a hotel was not available. Hence charged too much. The quality of room is 500/- per Night quality.
