This hotel truly lives up to its reputation as a luxury destination. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast spread and overall food quality are outstanding—an absolute delight for the palate. What stood out most was the staff—extremely courteous, cooperative, and always ready to assist, with warm smiles that make you feel genuinely welcome.
This facility is really very far from the main temple and all other attractions and the hotel do not provide any arrangement of transportation and they do not provide airport pick up and drop off too. We faced really hard time getting transportation from hotel and back to hotel and only tuk tuk was available and those drivers almost killed us with their irresponsible driving skills. The price was very expensive too as not many wanted to go to this hotel to send or pick up. Food wise they only serve vegetarian food option and with the stay of two days we almost started to hate vegetarian food for the rest of the life.staff could not speak English and they do not understand English too.only receptionist can speak a little .overall it’s a minus 1 rating for this facility .
Dirty bedsheet clearly shows they don't replace bedsheets often. Delayed checkin- the room was not ready even after 2 hrs of actual checkin time. There is no food options available so better eat outside. Staff is not friendly they keep asking for money from their customers inappropriately
