Our trip to Varanasi was made even more special thanks to our stay at Hotel Heritage Inn. ❤️ First of all, the cleanliness was impeccable. We stayed in the Duplex Suite, and honestly, the room was so beautifully decorated that our kids didn’t want to leave it! A big thanks to Mr. Aseem, Mr. Abhijeet, Mr. Vikas, and the entire reception team. They handled every small request with a smile and even tried their best to arrange an early check-in for us. The food was fantastic! Dinner was so delicious that we ended up eating a bit more than usual. 😄 Breakfast was also quite good, though if there had been a bit more variety, the experience would have been perfect. (This heart always wants a little extra) The location is another major advantage—Assi Ghat is very close. We also booked a sightseeing tour through the hotel, and our guide, Mr. Anand Pandey, shared the history of Banaras and Sanatan culture so beautifully that it made the whole experience even more meaningful. Overall, it felt very homely. Excellent hospitality, great food, outstanding cleanliness, and very polite staff. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Varanasi, especially families! 😊

Our experience at Hotel Heritage Inn, Varanasi, was unforgettable. We stayed in the Duplex Suite, which was beautifully crafted. The interiors felt cozy, stylish, and well thought out—my son was especially impressed by the room's unique design. The hotel was impeccably clean. Every area, from our room to the shared spaces, was spotless and well cared for, making our stay very comfortable. A big thanks to the reception staff—Mr. Abhijeet, Mr. Vikas, Mr. Vishnu, Mr. Ashim, and the whole front desk team. They were polite, friendly, and always willing to assist. Even though we arrived before check-in, they did their best to accommodate us early. Their quick help with every little question made us feel appreciated. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and high quality. There were about five or six choices daily, though I wished there was a bit more variety given the hotel's overall premium feel. Still, everything tasted great. We also ordered dinner from the à la carte menu, and every dish was delicious—we enjoyed it so much we ate more than we should have! I don’t know the names of the kitchen and dining staff, but they were fantastic. One of the hotel's biggest perks is its location. Being so near Assi Ghat made sightseeing easy and added to the charm of our visit. We booked a local tour through the hotel, and our guide, Mr. Anand Pandey, was excellent. He was knowledgeable and articulate, sharing not just Banaras’s history but also the importance of Hinduism and Sanatan culture in an engaging way. His guidance greatly enhanced our city experience. He also knew all the tips to make temple visits smooth. Traveling with kids can be tough, but the hotel staff made it simple. They were kind and attentive to our children, helping them feel right at home. My only suggestion concerns family rooms. The Duplex Suite suited our family of three adults and two kids perfectly, but we were told it’s the only one like it in the hotel. It would be great if more family suites or similar rooms were available so bigger families or groups could enjoy the same comfort. Overall, Hotel Heritage Inn surpassed our expectations with its cleanliness, hospitality, tasty food, prime location, and wonderful staff. We would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Varanasi and look forward to staying again. Hats off to the whole team.
