The room had a serious cleanliness and hygiene issue, with cockroaches and other bugs/insects found inside the room. There were also cobwebs in various parts of the room and on curtains, which gave the impression that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained before check-in.Another major concern was the misleading advertisement regarding the city view. The property was advertised as offering a city view, but the room provided did not have the promised view. This was particularly disappointing because the room was booked with the expectation of getting the facilities and view represented in the listing.To make matters worse, bath towels were not provided in the hotel, which is a basic amenity one would reasonably expect during a hotel stay.Overall, the experience was disappointing due to poor hygiene, inadequate housekeeping, missing basic amenities, and misleading representation of the room/view. The management should take these concerns seriously and ensure that rooms are properly cleaned, pest-free, adequately maintained, and accurately represented in advertisements.I would expect the hotel to address these issues urgently so that future guests do not have to face the same experience.

Property was minimal as per charged amount. Staff behaviour was rude and very unprofessional. We have done let checking and asked for late 1 hour late check out due to some reason but initially they were agree however later they denied stating we have coming. But we have seen any guest till 1 PM. Five star hotel also keep 2 hours between check out and checking but they have kept 3 hours which is too long duration.
