Hotel Uday Palace

There wasn't any window in our room, the bathroom was better than the room it was spacious and clean, the room service was okay. We can enter or get out 24/7. I would've appreciate a proper bathroom matte instead of a towel. Some issues were in the room but they got resolved from the hotel, and the included breakfast was also good they had many options. Overall good experience, I might come here again in future.

Just really enjoyed the atmosphere and all over service from the hotel. Just masterpiece of the inteligent and art significantly refresh image. Pure class hotel ’’’ . Hospitality is amazing ’’’’’’’’’’’’. Very nice hotel. Rooms are exclusive and Average maintained. House keeping folks are amazing and diligently does an awesome job everyday.Food is of very good taste and hygienic. Breakfast variety can be better in terms of changing the menu daily.Room service is excellent and very prompt. The entire staff has been very courteous. Spicaly Front Office Manager Mr. Krishna Panday is very friendlyIf you happen to visit Kashi Banaras I will definitely recommend this hotel for stay.

Had to change 3 rooms and checked 7 rooms before unpacking my bags, in just 2 day i face enough problems and discomfort that i would never visit this property and wont suggest anyone.Food left by other guests outside there rooms was not moved for weeks and it had fungus and foul smell in the entire lobby, that they conveniently ignored even after complaining, and finally had to change the room to other building.Toilet seats were broken, TVs are broken and set top box has very few channels to play, also there was continuous loud noise coming from rooftop and they do not attend such complaints, even after multiple complaints no one came to check, and finally i had to walk down 3 floors in the mid of the night and scream at reception to get their attention.Lift was broken for 2 out of 3 days stay and it was nightmare for us to walk up and down three floors for every single thing, because they wont respond to complaint or request on phone.Every staff has his own choice of music and they would play any music at loud in the entire hotel, all lobby speakers would play such music even at all times, you complaint them and get this closed and the next person will play music of his choice after 15-30 minutes.In the mid night, in the early morning, late evening i complaint them a multiple time.To the room they called VIP had a view of dirty underwear and night gowns lying all around to wash and dry.Breakfast menu is limited, and they wrap it up too quick even before the breakfast time is over, and then you have wait for every single item ordered and served separately so you can savour one item at a time.This property needs serious management and proper maintenance and cleaning system in place to make it worth.

Absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. The staff were downright rude and completely mannerless’no sense of hospitality or respect for paying guests.The valet service was a total joke’unprofessional, slow, and careless. I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for my car and they acted like they were doing me a favor. Unacceptable.To top it all off, the rooms were filthy and unhygienic. Stained sheets, hair in the bathroom, and a foul smell that made it clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time.This place should be ashamed to call itself a hotel. Avoid it at all costs unless you want to pay premium prices to be disrespected and disgusted. Never coming back.
