THE ELEGANCE

A Wonderful Stay at Elegance Hotel, VaranasiWe had a wonderful 3- night stay at Elegance Hotel, Varanasi, with my family and it was a truly memorable experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained and the staff were incredibly warm, courteous and attentive throughout our stay. We especially loved the food’the variety of choices, excellent taste and quality of the ingredients were impressive. Every meal was fresh, flavourful and beautifully prepared, with options to suit everyone in our family. The food was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. After busy days exploring Varanasi, it was lovely to return to a comfortable hotel, enjoy a delicious meal and relax. Overall, the hospitality, comfortable rooms, excellent food and friendly service made our stay very enjoyable. We would happily recommend Elegance Hotel to families and anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Varanasi. We look forward to visiting Varanasi again, and this Hotel will be our first choice.

My experience with Elegance Inn and Elegance Hotel, Varanasi was extremely disappointing, and I would never recommend either property.I had mistakenly booked my stay at Elegance Inn for 19 September 2026 instead of 19 July 2026. When I reached the hotel, the manager, Sagar, informed me about the booking date error but assured me that he would arrange my stay at Elegance Hotel, Banaras. We were allotted Room No. 401, which turned out to be on the same floor where a ring ceremony was taking place. The loud music and continuous noise made it impossible to relax. To make matters worse, the room's door lock was not functioning properly, and hotel staff entered the room 3’4 times without knocking or seeking permission, which was a serious breach of privacy and safety. The most disturbing part of the experience was the billing. Sagar collected ’9,000 for one night's stay at Elegance Hotel and one night's stay at Elegance Inn, and the payment was made to his personal QR code instead of the hotel's official payment system. Later, I checked the actual room tariffs and found that Elegance Hotel was charging around ’2,000 per night and Elegance Inn around ’1,650 per night. This huge difference raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness.Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Poor room security, lack of privacy, excessive noise, and questionable billing practices completely ruined our stay. I strongly advise travellers to verify bookings, insist on official payment methods, and think twice before choosing these properties

The rooms were generally acceptable, though some aspects could be improved. The hotel's location was reasonable, offering some convenient access, but not always ideal. ’?
