Hotel Landmark Varanasi

The overall stay at the landmark hotel was very good and the service which we got here was excellent. The reception staff Mr Gourav singh have helped a lot to guide us in varanasi and other staff was also good. Food was also Good but the rooms should be little bit upgraded.Thank for giving us a great service.Regards

Great ambience, Excellent management, Great hospitality, Excellent staff behavior.It can be rated as five star hotel.My son was not well they immediately arranged for a doctor.I was suppose to check out at 12 o'clock but they extended two hours free of cost.Thank you to the management. Keep up your good work. Will love to come back and stay whenever I visit Varanasi. Good for family stay.Thank you once again.

An average hotel with good restaurant. The rooms are relatively smaller, with no ventilation or windows, making it too clumsy. The staff is good and polite, however the prices are high keeping in view the fact that its distance from ghats is almost 4-5 kms and e rikshaw charges not less than 150/- each time. Also that we faced power issue in the morning and waited for 2 hours for bathing, got late in leaving for Varanasi... but no apology or make up from the hotel management except giving option to shifting to another room for bathing only. Such scene becomes embarrassing when you are traveling with family.

There is no provision for drivers, and you will be forced to pay extra charges treating him as an additional guest.The room and washrooms, are poorly maintained and items in washroom like bucket and fittings were damaged and poorly maintained. If you pay in cash, they charge less ’ a clear sign of unprofessional and unethical practices.You can easily find many better hotels at lower prices and closer to the temple.Overall, our experience was disappointing. The final decision is yours.
