One of the worst hotel experiences I have had in recent years.I booked a double-bed room but was assigned a twin-bed room despite traveling alone. When I raised the issue, the staff showed little interest in resolving it and informed me that no double-bed rooms were available. On top of that, I experienced electricity issues in my room twice during my stay.The most disappointing part was the lack of hospitality and guest care. Instead of proactively resolving the problems, the staff seemed indifferent. The next morning, I was already sleeping I was woken up around 8:00 AM by a call informing me that a room change was now possible. By then, the inconvenience had already affected my stay. When I requested a refund for the remaining night or some reasonable compensation, both requests were declined.To make matters worse, after returning to my room and trying to get some rest, I was disturbed again by another call, only to be offered a 15% discount on food and beverages. Honestly, after the issues I had faced, this felt more insulting than helpful.Problems can happen at any hotel, but what separates a good hotel from a bad one is how they handle them. Unfortunately, the staff's attitude, poor communication, lack of ownership, and overall absence of genuine hospitality turned what should have been a comfortable stay into a frustrating experience.I will not be staying here again and would advise other travelers to think carefully before booking.
