Hotel Madin

Very disappointing experience. The staff clearly lack professionalism and basic respect. I was insulted by a woman at the reception, which is completely unacceptable for a place that claims to be a luxury hotel.In addition, the staff constantly pressured me for tips, which quickly became uncomfortable and inappropriate.As a solo female traveler, I also felt very uneasy due to the behavior of some male staff members who kept staring at me in an intrusive way.This hotel has absolutely nothing of a luxury establishment. A huge disappointment.

I stayed at this hotel for 3nights & 4days I totally loved the experience staying at this hotel. The rooms are very neat and service is outstanding ’’ I went along with my baby 15months old I just check with the resturant staff if they can help me get the baby food they immediately discussed with Chief Rawat and met me to have a word and make the dal rice kichidi the same texture which was really gr8 help for me to feed my lil kid. I would definitely say Chief Rawat and the resturant staff Anand, Mohd Naveed, Ankit & Anjaana they were definitely to be thanked. Very lovely place to stay when some one visits Varanasi this location is surrounded by many silk sarees shops and has many shopping malls.

We met Mr. Vikram Shekhawat at the hotel and he was extremely helpful. He recommended the restaurant, and the food was excellent.We had planned to go out for dinner, but thanks to his suggestion we dined at the hotel and were very satisfied.The staff was friendly and supportive. Special thanks to Mr. Vikram Shekhawat for the great hospitality!

My stay at Madin hotel was very good. Hospitality was good, hygiene was perfect and food too. One thing I find odd here is gym timings which is from 7 am to 8pm only. What about a person who wants to do gym early at 6am or after 8pm. This is very odd in any hotel of equivalent to this much rating. This is the onnly reason I have given 3 stars

Housekeeping was prompt, and hygiene standards were followed strictly throughout the hotel. The staff deserves special appreciation for being courteous, professional, and always ready to help. Their warm behavior truly enhanced the overall experience.The hotel’s location is also convenient, offering easy access to major areas of the city while maintaining a peaceful environment. Overall, Hotel Madin, Varanasi delivers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and great food. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium and memorable stay in Varanasi.
