Hotel M K Grand

The location of the hotel is very convenient, 50 m from the Godolia chowk, which is the centre for Dashashawamedh Ghat and Baba Vishwanth Dham. The room that was alloted to me was small in size, the windows were nonexistent, and this makes the room feel claustrophobic. The toiletries are not provided except for a bath towel, which is hard. The bed linen looks worn out, and ur not sure if it's been laundered. I stayed for 3 days and two nights and no room cleaning was done, when asked, was told that they did not receive the laundry and so did not do the daily linen change.My check in was delayed for 1.5 hrs citing, room not prepared, however was asked to keep strict note of check out time...!!You do get two bottles of mineral water per day. There is a lift facility, which helps. The staff behaviour is good, but i guess they are limited by the management to improve services.

Hotel & Restaurant staff are very cordial.Considering the locality and cleaners and room sanitation is highly satisfactory. Above all 👍

The price of the room for 3 was worth it since the location was great. But since we had to do early checkin, 4 hrs before general checkin time, we have to pay extra, was nominal. The problem was that we asked for the receipt for that charge, which they keep on delaying and on the check out day, they denied it as the booking was done online through this platform. Room were small but good enough to sleep for night and rest of the time u are outside.
