BrijRama Palace, Varanasi | By the Ganges (A Taj InnerCircle Hotel)

It is very costly 30 k per day for a city view room and when due to alarming water levels boat facilities were suspended and we had to reach the hotel from the very crowded and congested gali with cow dung and garbage .hotel staffs were good at every point . 2 things which are disappointing was food and way to hotel . Rest everything was worth .there are 2 restaurant one of the restaurant cost you 7 k each person for 10 food items from different places , but seriously we didn't like any one of them in taste , except the presentation part was good .this is totally vegetarian hotel so food quality we expected should be awesome which was lacking . But we enjoyed the kathak dance and banarasi paan ,Ganga aarti .my suggestion to the hotel management is when you are knowing about the suspended boat facilities for entrance rates will be lower than usual . And please take care of restaurants food taste .

Incredible hospitality... a must-see experience to witness the Ganga Aarti.

I want to express my gratitude to the whole team for their warm welcome and exceptional care, making us feel like family and completely at home. The hotel has a special charm due to its stunning location and amazing views, but it was really the staff's care that made our stay perfect. Their friendliness, kindness, and hospitality created an unforgettable experience. Special thanks to Kulbansh, the restaurant manager, and the team including Pooja, Nitesh, Rajneesh, Chef Arif.

Le Brijrama est un palace tout simplement exceptionnel. L'emplacement au bord du Gange est magnifique et le décor du lieu est splendide. De nombreuses attentions charmantes sont offertes aux hôtes, avec des activités culturelles proposées à toute heure (danse, poterie, musique, méditation) qui rythment le séjour. Surtout, l'équipe est d'une gentillesse incroyable ! Un grand merci au chef Arif (ses petits-déjeuners et goûters sont très copieux, avec des plats délicieux préparés à la minute, à base d'ingrédients locaux, sûrs et adaptés à votre tolérance aux épices), ainsi qu'à la charmante Symran, Rudresh et Amarjeet qui m'ont fait me sentir presque en famille et comme chez moi.

I stayed at BrijRama Palace starting September 1, 2026. The palace itself is stunning, but what truly touched me was the exceptional kindness and hospitality of the staff. On the night of September 2nd, I was traveling to Varanasi Airport for a flight to Delhi arranged by the hotel. Unfortunately, heavy rain and flooding caused traffic to stop completely, and I missed my flight. During this stressful time, the hotel staff came to my aid. They welcomed me back warmly, telling me not to worry about payment and offering me a free extra night. Even though it was about 10:30 PM, they served a tasty dinner and helped me rebook my flight for the following day. Despite my early departure at 4:30 AM, they organized the transfer again and prepared a packed breakfast with sandwiches and fresh fruit. Every staff member showed remarkable care, empathy, and professionalism. BrijRama Palace is more than a luxury hotel; it’s a place filled with warm hearts. I am very thankful to the entire team for ensuring I got home safely. Highly recommended!
