Hotel Ajaya by SR Hotels

The hotel's location is excellent, with all the nearby must-visit places close by. There were some issues with the hotel's service and room cleaning. Otherwise, everything else was fine. The rooms are good as well. The main concerns are the service and hygiene, especially considering the price charged for the room. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would come back when I get the chance.

We stayed for a few hours at Ajaya SR Hotel in Varanasi on 31 August with our parents (senior citizens) and other family members, and unfortunately, my experience was far below the basic standards one would expect from a hotel. The room had multiple cleanliness and maintenance problems, such as an unclean toilet, no hot water, dirty bedsheets, a bad odor, and bugs crawling around. The lady at the reception was also very disappointing; her behavior was neither polite nor professional. Guests traveling from far away should not have to face an unfriendly or dismissive attitude. Basic courtesy, respect, and helpfulness are essential in hospitality. On a positive note, the housekeeping and cleaning staff were much more courteous and helpful than the reception team. The management must seriously improve cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service, as these are not luxury demands but the minimum standards every paying guest deserves.

Kushboo Singh is good. The service is also good. Guide Sandeep Bayya is very friendly too.

My time at Ajaya Hotel was fantastic. The accommodation was cozy, the service top-notch, and the employees were polite and accommodating. The management was efficient, creating a nice environment overall. A big thank you to Khuabu Singh for his outstanding assistance and warm hospitality. He was polite, helpful, and always willing to assist. His friendly attitude made our visit more enjoyable. I strongly suggest Ajaya Hotel for its excellent service, comfortable lodging, and friendly team. I would certainly like to return!
