**’ 0/5 ’ Extremely Unprofessional & Rude Staff | Lost Business**I visited **Mapple Stays / FabHotel, IFFCO Chowk, Sector 28** to **block multiple rooms for a wedding function** and was fully prepared to make the payment on the spot. Unfortunately, the experience was so unpleasant that I walked out without confirming the booking.The **reception staff**, especially a person named **Gidu**, was **exceptionally rude, unprofessional, and pathetic in behaviour**. He lacked basic hospitality etiquette, had zero understanding of how to speak to guests, and showed complete disinterest in business. His attitude clearly reflected **inexperience and poor training**.This kind of behaviour is unacceptable, especially when dealing with bulk bookings and event clients. The **management must take serious notice**, as they are **directly losing business due to the rude and careless behaviour of their front-desk staff**.Hotels are remembered not just for rooms, but for how guests are treated’and this place failed miserably on that front.

Business • Jan 2026Very friendly staff and ready to help.Good rooms n large beds. Could accommodate a family of 3 easily. After 1 hot shower you must wait for atleast 5-10mins for the hot water however it is manageable. Chai is really good n other smaller snaks like omelette n bread toast are easily available.
