Our stay at the HOTEL PLAZZO PRIME PLAZA was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. The level of hospitality, kindness and genuine care we received throughout our stay was phenomenal.There are so many people who deserve a special mention: RAJ from Concierge, who was wonderful; ATUL and Ranjit at the pool, who looked after us brilliantly; NIKHIL at Orient Express; , one of the managers; and the lovely Experience Manager, who made us feel incredibly welcome.A very special thank you also goes to the Head Chef and team at SHEKHAR Express and Capital Kitchen, who were exceptionally accommodating and went out of their way for us. NAMAN at Capital Kitchen was also absolutely lovely and made our visits there such a pleasure.What stood out was that the service never felt forced or transactional. People genuinely seemed to care that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. That level of hospitality is what we will remember most.
Hotel is situated on main highway. I stayed at the area many times. But it was my first stay at this hotel. Better to stay here than inside street hotels. Safe and ambience is also OK. Food is also better. Rest ok.The room is given at the said time very comfortable stay, Room ambience and service is good from housekeeping was very responsive and provided good service regarding room cleanliness and utilities..Had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and the staff were very polite. Overall, a great experienceThis hotel is not a scam, unlike most in the area on AGODA websites it seemed. The room had aircon and a fan, they had laundry service and you can order food for room service to the room. It is not far from the airport and close to local ammenities,Check in was smooth and I was able to check in at 10am for no extra fee. And leave at 12am.Overall a pleasant experienceThe property is just 15 min (drive)away from Indira Gandhi international airport. Very clean and spacious rooms with comfortable bed.We stayed for 2 nights liked the kadhai chicken made in Punjabi style.They have a airport shuttle service available at a cheaper price so it's better to book with them instead of Ola and Uber.
Don't go by the small lane in which it is located since its exclusively used by the hotel. Once you reach the end of the lane, there is a big sprawling parking & an open garden space too ! Now who can get such free space in a prime locality like Vasnt Kunj? It's very near to Vasant Square mall & the location is damn perfect.In room dining order is served fast & the food is tasty too ! Rooms, common spaces , lift are neat & clean! The staff (NIKHIL from the kitchen) got so used to my early morning bed tea that they would bring my bed tea without even ordering at 5 am sharp. Complimentary breakfast is also served in room. You can order anything worth Rs. 150 daily. Loved it !Very economical & highly recommended especially for bachelors/business travellers as airport is also 15mins drive.Check in/out is fast.
