FERN TREE RESORT

Wonderful resort offering a tranquil environment and warm hospitality. The rooms were large, tidy, and cozy. The meals were tasty, and the entire stay went beyond what we hoped for. Looking forward to returning!

Service was very disappointing. We reserved 7 rooms, but the AC in one room was not functioning and the issue was not resolved even after we complained. They also did not provide the microphone set or auditorium as expected. We arrived by bus, but the bus couldn't reach the resort, and there was no transport offered from the bus parking area to the resort, so we had to carry our luggage and walk. The swimming pool's opening time did not meet customer needs, as it remained closed until 8:45 AM. On the positive side, the resort is very clean and tidy.

I booked for May 15 and 16, 2026. The service was excellent, the food delicious, and the hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms were great and everything was perfect. I would love to visit again.

If there were a front desk in paradise, this hotel would be it. From the moment we got there, the service was impeccable—friendly, sincere, and always anticipating our needs. The staff knew our names, our coffee preferences, and even left a handwritten note on the second day. The rooms are top-notch: spotless, elegantly decorated, and every aspect feels truly luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom resembled a high-end spa, and everything functioned perfectly. The view was breathtaking. Waking up to floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing pristine nature was surreal. Mountains fading into morning mist, golden sunsets in the evening, and complete quiet except for birds and the breeze. We spent hours on the balcony, completely forgetting about our phones. Best service, best quality, best view. We're already planning to come back. If you're unsure about booking, just do it.
