Thennal Jungelcamp PVT LTD

We stayed in Thennal during a recent holiday. The resort was nearly fully booked, and our experience was somewhat disappointing. Although the service was good, the rooms were very small and did not justify the cost. The food was average, priced at 500rs per person. They struggled to manage the crowd, resulting in long waits or some items being unavailable.

Nice

A tranquil spot nestled in a natural environment. The staff are excellent and the food is simple and homely. The area is rich with birds, making it ideal for bird watchers. It's surrounded by lush, green forest. Truly enjoyed the stay.

Our stay at Thennal Jungle Camp in Wayanad was fantastic. The location is stunning, tranquil, and enveloped by lush greenery, making it an ideal spot to unwind and connect with nature. The ambiance remained peaceful and rejuvenating throughout our visit. We want to especially thank Mr. Anaz for his professionalism, courtesy, and great assistance. He guided us to the nearby Kabini river point and organized a short trek the following day for bird watching, which added a special touch to our trip. Our family found the entire experience to be well-coordinated and welcoming, with outstanding hospitality and a beautiful natural environment. Traveling with children, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment and would gladly suggest this destination to anyone seeking a calm nature retreat in Wayanad.

We spent two days here with our family and children, and it was truly an amazing experience. The surroundings are full of nature — birds singing, clouds drifting close by, fresh cool air, and lovely fireflies at night. It gave us a serene and relaxing escape from the hectic city life. Mr. Anas was very kind and attentive to all guests during our stay. The hospitality made us feel completely at ease and welcomed. Staying here genuinely felt like being at your beloved grandma’s house — warm, peaceful, cozy, and full of love. The homemade meals were incredibly tasty and fresh. The staff were friendly, supportive, and always ready to help when needed. The rooms were tidy, comfortable, and well kept. The location is stunning and ideal for a calm family retreat. One highlight was the outdoor seating area near the restaurant where we could unwind, enjoy the weather, spend quality time with family, and let the kids play freely and safely. The peaceful and refreshing atmosphere made us reluctant to leave. This is an ideal spot for families, children, nature enthusiasts, and anyone seeking a tranquil holiday. We made wonderful memories here and would definitely want to return.
