The resort is massive, and unlike many places that claim to be in the woods, this is a true forest setting. It’s peaceful, lush, and incredibly scenic.Exceptional Service Under PressureWhat really set this resort apart for us was the staff. We experienced a storm during our stay, and the team went above and beyond to ensure our family felt safe and comfortable. Their kindness and proactive care during the weather made a huge difference in our experience.Kid-Friendly ActivitiesThe kids were never bored! Overall, the experience was quite adventurous and peaceful at Forest Hills at Tala. The best part of the stay was definitely the hospitality of the staff — they were kind, helpful, and always available for any queries.I feel that as per the current condition of the property, the pricing could be slightly lower. Also, more variety can be added to the breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu.One thing to keep in mind is that the property is huge, so having your own car makes it easier to explore around. If your room is on a different level away from the restaurant area, you may need to call their vehicle frequently to move around the property.Also, since it is located in a forest area, you can expect insects, reptiles, monkeys, and a lot of natural wildlife around you which honestly adds to the whole nature experience.There were also a few issues with electricity/light tripping, and sometimes the lights are switched off temporarily depending on the weather conditions, which can be a little inconvenient.Other than that, the location is excellent a perfect getaway for 2–3 days, especially if you enjoy solitude, greenery, and peaceful me-time.
