Fortune Park Airport Road, Hubballi - Member ITC Hotels' Group

The hotel is good, rooms are good, no doubt about that. But we had a few disappointing things to write as well.1. The food was not good. Items listed on the menu were not available. On top of that, we were 2 adults and 1 child. All 3 of us got infected by food poisoning after eating dinner in the restaurant here. Vomitting and upset stomach happened to 2 of us. Next morning, when we asked the reception staff to arrange for medicine, they just gave us address of a medicine shop which was almost 2 KM away.2. A day before coming, we tried to book room by calling the hotel directly. Everytime, the person taking the call used to disconnect after telling us to be on the line. This happened 4-5 times within a span of 3 hours. So, finally we booked through booking dot com.

My stay at this property was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and proactive’they even anticipated our need for an early check-in. The room was immaculate and well-appointed, featuring plush bedding that ensured a fantastic night's sleep. Because it’s so conveniently located near major transit links, getting around the city was effortless. It is a tranquil oasis in a bustling city, and we will definitely return."

Good location if you are driving via highway or landing at the airport which is right across the road. Very kind and supportive staff. Food is okay and decent for the location and price. Rooms and lobby are clean, but overall property is a basic business hotel. It is a best place to stay overnight if you wanna break your highway journey and looking for a comfortable accommodation.

Staying at Fortune Park Airport Road, Hubballi was a fantastic experience, perfectly upholding the high standards of the ITC Hotels' Group. The hotel’s location directly opposite the airport is incredibly convenient, but it’s the warmth of the hospitality that truly stands out.A special mention goes to Ms. Vidya at the front desk. Her professional, polite, and guest-centric approach made a lasting impression. She handled everything with a smile, ensuring a seamless check-in and addressing every request with genuine care. Between the spotless rooms, delicious dining at Zodiac, and Vidya’s exceptional service, this is easily the best stay in Hubballi.

I stayed there for a day during my travel from Bangalore to Mumbai.1. The rooms are decent enough. Not very big but not very small either. My room did not have a bathtub which was bad at this price point.2. I had rogan josb from their ala carte menu. It was delicious and priced reasonably.3. I had to check out in the morning before breakfast but the person at the reception was not considerate enough. Fortunately the manager was understanding and she agreed to get me a packed breakfast meal at 4am in the morning which was great!4. Most of the staff is helpful and welcoming. Arjun took my luggage from reception to the room and he was great at talking.Overall it's decent enough. Worth a try.
