I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent booking experience on your platform.I made this reservation after clearly selecting 2 adults in the search criteria. Based on this, I expected that all room options displayed would be suitable for two occupants. However, to my shock and inconvenience upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that the room booked through your platform was only valid for 1 adult occupancy.This situation is completely unacceptable and reflects misleading information being presented during the booking process. If I explicitly searched for 2 adults, it is unreasonable and highly confusing that your platform would allow or display options limited to 1 adult without clear and prominent warnings.As a direct result of this discrepancy, I was forced to pay an additional amount of over 2000 plus taxes at the hotel to accommodate the second adult. This unexpected expense was entirely due to inaccurate or insufficiently transparent information on your platform.Furthermore, I am extremely disappointed with the way my concern has been handled by your customer support team. Your representative, Ms. Richa Pathak, along with her senior staff, was not willing to provide a satisfactory resolution during the call. Instead of addressing the issue constructively, it appeared that there was a clear intention to close the case without resolving the concern.Additionally, when I requested Ms. Pathak to provide her employee ID for the purpose of further escalation, she immediately refused. This lack of transparency and accountability is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially when a customer is seeking a fair resolution to a genuine issue.Your response stating that the occupancy was “clearly indicated” does not resolve the core issue — the booking flow itself is misleading. A user filtering for 2 adults should not be presented with incompatible room options without explicit and unavoidable clarification.I strongly urge you to:Reassess this case with fairness and accountabilityProvide a full refund of the additional amount (2000 + taxes) that I was forced to payEnsure proper training and accountability within your customer support teamReview your booking interface to prevent such misleading experiences for other customersThis experience has significantly impacted my trust in your platform. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate this issue through appropriate consumer grievance channels.I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter

A wonderful place to stay when visiting Durgapur. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff at reception, dining, and housekeeping provide excellent service. The hotel also offers a wide variety of delicious food options, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, desserts, and fresh fruits.

I had an excellent experience at Fortune Park Pushpanjali ’ Neptune. I visited with my friends, and everything from the ambience to the service was outstanding.Mr. Prahlad Ghosh attended to us, and he was extremely polite, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. He made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, which truly enhanced our experience.The location of the property is also very good and easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful visit, and I would definitely recommend this place for great service and a pleasant experience.
