I had a lovely experience. The ambience is really nice and the staff are so polite and welcoming.I especially love that they prioritize security of the customers. They don't slack off on thorough checking of the bags and cars entering.The food was amazing. At the NMBC the Strawberry Matcha Latte was fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered has a wide spread and a lot of variety. I especially enjoyed the croissants, the fresh juices, and the other bakery products.The rooms are spick and span. The amenities provided inside the rooms are amazing. I was pleasantly surprised to see a hair dryer and the shoe shine. I was staying here because i had interviews scheduled in Mumbai so I was also happy that they had provided ironing board and an iron.The location is also really nice. It's next to INORBIT mall, close the Vashi railway station, and also and hour away from Andheri by road.The rooms are well lit, with proper air conditioning, and very comfortable.All the staff at the reception, the catering staff, and the staff in the restaurant are so sweet and nice and are really helpful.Overall, it was a great experience and I wish everyone working at Four Points by Sheraton, Vashi the best and hope they are always happy and healthy.

I stayed with my daughter at FourPoints By Sheraton Vashi for 3 nights and I must say the overall experience was simply awesome and woth every penny spent.Service levels are way beyond even some well known Big Brands and chains.Rooms are absolutely superb with actually nothing to complain at all.I would like to specifically appreciate a few staff members who made our stay comfortable and pleasurable. Mr. Ahan, Ms. Shilpa and Pranay from the Front office made our stay memorable.Food at the restaurant which is managed by Mr. Gaurav R (Executive Chef) was simply too good and absolute fabulous.Hats off to Four Points by Sheraton Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

I had a great experience in this Hotel. The staff is amazing and courteous, always smiling. The best part of this experience was the breakfast buffet, the staff and how they personalize everything for you. You feel you are at home. Their masala tea is to die for ! A special shout out to very special people, Ameen and Kim in their restaurant who made their presence felt because of warmth they exude and always smiling, which used to set my vibe for the day. Stressful Family Stay

Extremely disappointing experience at Four Points Vashi.What was meant to be a relaxing staycation with my children turned into a stressful and exhausting ordeal. From repeated electricity disruptions and non-functional in-room automation systems to AC temperature instability, Wi-Fi/TV outages, and multiple forced room changes ’ the stay was plagued with operational failures.The most concerning part was the impact it had on our health. Continuous disturbances, lack of rest, and temperature fluctuations left both me and my daughter unwell, even requiring medical attention during the stay.What added to the frustration was the complete lack of accountability thereafter. Explanations were offered, but no real ownership or corrective transparency was demonstrated.The property has been undergoing renovations for over a year now, yet the guest experience reflects anything but a ’renovated premium stay.’ Key amenities and overall readiness simply do not justify the positioning or the price point.Sadly, this experience has completely eroded my confidence in the property. This was my last stay here.I sincerely hope the management takes guest safety, comfort, and infrastructure reliability more seriously going forward ’ because no guest should go through what we did.

The local populace of Mumbai demonstrates an inherent warmth and helpful disposition, which perfectly complemented the outstanding service within the hotel.
